Disclaimer: All opinions are my own. While I might suggest a specific group of exercises, you might find other exercises that you like to do. These are my base exercises when I began lifting three months ago. Please make sure to include bench press every time you work the chest.

Muscle group of the week
The chest is our center, our core. Most people only do about two to three exercises for their chest, and in doing so, they wind up with an incomplete, undeveloped chest. My hope is to take you through some exercises, to help you work all of your chest! Variety is the spice of life, so make sure you mix it up from time to time! That could mean mixing up the exercises or number of reps. Except bench press! Always do that first! Try working heavier sets with less reps. Also keep in mind to change your grip, for a more thorough chest buildup.
