Disclaimer: All opinions are my own. While I might suggest a specific group of exercises, you might find other exercises that you like to do. These are my base exercises when I began lifting three months ago. Please make sure to include bench press every time you work the chest.
Always consult a physician prior to doing any exercise, to determine if you’re able to perform exercises.
Muscle group of the week
The chest is our center, our core. Most people only do about two to three exercises for their chest, and in doing so, they wind up with an incomplete, undeveloped chest. My hope is to take you through some exercises, to help you work all of your chest! Variety is the spice of life, so make sure you mix it up from time to time! That could mean mixing up the exercises or number of reps. Except bench press! Always do that first! Try working heavier sets with less reps. Also keep in mind to change your grip, for a more thorough chest buildup.

Carnitine is an amino acid composite that is made from Lysine and Methionine, It is usually normally produced in the body. L-Carnitine supplements are used to increase the L-carnitine levels in people with low levels of carnitine naturally. This can be because of a genetic disorder, side effects of some certain drugs (e.g. Valporic acid used for seizures) or because of some certain surgical procedures that uses the L-carnitine produced in the body (e.g. Haemodialysis). L-carnitine is particularly needed in the diet of low weight or premature infants, vegetarians and dieters.
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. They are compounds containing at least a carboxylic acid group and an amino group. In other words, proteins are polymers of amino acids with each amino acid residue joined to its neighbor by a specific type of covalent bond which we refer to as peptide bonds. Amino acids are classified physiologically into Essential and Non-Essential amino acids; Non-essential amino acids are synthesized or made by the body and are almost always available when needed but essential amino acids cannot be synthesized by the body and therefore must be supplied by the diet. Essential amino acids include Glycine, Alanine, Serine, Valine, Leucine, Isoleucine, Threonine and three of these essential amino acids are further classified as the Branched Chain Amino Acids
Pharmaceutical drugs are chemicals that are designed to prevent, diagnose, treat or cure a disorder. In laymen terms, we simply call them medicines. Pharmaceutical products commonly known as medicines or drugs are a fundamental component of both modern and traditional medicine. It is essential that such products are safe, effective and of good quality, they are prescribed and used rationally.
